STAR
INFLATABLES are rugged, sharp-looking riverboats with models built
for both private and commercial use.
We are reaching for the stars
with creative designs and newly developed, improved materials.
Check out our StarTrack wear
patches on the bottom of the side tubes, a popular feature on all of our rafts.
StarTrack will take more abuse, and wear better than any existing materials
used on inflatables. Look at Star's tough floor material-now 4000 denier
polyester based, coated with PVC-top of the industry for durability and
strength, and found only on STAR boats. STAR offers a complete line of
inflatable boats, handcrafted, and backed by 19 years of experience. But it
doesn't stop there. We at STAR INFLATABLES are determined to advance each year
as we reach for the stars in our development and construction of quality
riverboats, while still offering our product to you at the most competitive
prices.

HANDCRAFTED
EXPERT CONSTRUCTION - The STS (SOL Type System) pressure bonding
process does not just coat the internal reinforcement polyester fabric with an
outer layer on both sides. But it forces the special polymer coating down into
the thousands of tiny spaces in the base fabric weave to form one single
inseparable fabric. The seams on all STAR boats are made with four layers on
material. First the seam is overlapped and glued. Then an additional strip of
material is added on top and underneath the seam for added reinforcement and
strength. Also, all STAR boats are inflated at the factory and tested for 72
hours.
